Full Job Description
Refined Services Group is a locally owned (not a franchise) home cleaning company serving Northern and Central NJ. We have more booked homes than we can service, and we're looking for experienced independent cleaning contractors — solo cleaners or small teams — to take on steady recurring and one-time jobs.

How It Works

• You choose the jobs, days, and areas that work for you — no minimums, no forced schedule

• We bring you the clients and handle all booking, billing, and customer support

• You get paid every week — no chasing payments, no invoicing headaches

• Jobs include routine cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans

• You're running your own business — we supply the steady work

Pay

• $30–$45/hr equivalent per job, based on job type and scope

• 100% of tips are yours

• Weekly payouts

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional residential cleaning experience

• Your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license

• Your own equipment and supplies (vacuum, mop, cloths, products)

• Smartphone for receiving and managing jobs

• Able to communicate clearly with clients in English

• Willing to serve homes within ~25 miles of your location in Northern/Central NJ

• General liability insurance — or willing to get it (we'll point you to fast, affordable options)

• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes; no benefits provided). An LLC or registered business is a plus.

We do not provide supplies, equipment, or insurance — you operate as your own business.

Who Does Well Here

Established cleaners who are great at the work but tired of finding clients, quoting, and chasing payments. If you deliver consistent 5-star quality and communicate well, you'll stay booked.

Work Location: On the road (clients' homes across Northern/Central NJ)
